How

Download a "Help When It's Hot" poster specific to the needs of older adults, children, athletes,

outdoor workers
and pet owners.  Print it out and pass it along to your neighbor or co-worker or pin it to your residence bulletin board.
Find a cool place to go and locate cooling shelters as soon as they open.  Call 211 or go to 211Info.org for cooling center information or transportation.  They are open 24/7 now.
Check out these tips for staying cool.  Sign up for Public Alerts, and check out their heat-related information.
This map will show your Heat Risk over the next few days, even if you are travelling.
